Job Details

Function

Main Responsibilities

Order Release

  • Classify customer orders by collection date (truck & container flows) based on inputs from the sales teams.
  • Determine the loading location.
  • Check product availability (stock, lead time, temperature).
  • Ensure strict compliance with FEFO.
  • Perform inter-site transfers as needed to meet constraints.
  • Inform planning, production, and sales teams of any deviations impacting delivery deadlines.
  • Authorize and follow up on order change requests to ensure the loading matches customer requirements.
  • Manage “Samples” procedures (products & marketing): planning and execution.

Deployment & Storage Planning

  • Propose and execute a deployment plan for storage or transfers in collaboration with the logistics team.
  • Organize daily replenishment of finished products in internal and external storage locations, ensuring FEFO compliance.
  • Develop a weekly deployment and storage plan for finished goods, optimizing transfers and customer loadings while balancing cost and operational constraints.
  • Ensure storage/transfers are fully closed (quantity and inbound delivery).

Procedures & Continuous Improvement

  • Actively participate in the development of delivery release procedures.
  • Draft and manage related documentation.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and working methods.

Safety & Prevention

  • Ensure personal safety and that of colleagues in line with company rules.
  • Contribute to accident, incident, and risk analysis for the role.
  • Participate in safety training sessions.
  • Support the prevention policy by:
    • Reporting hazards and anomalies via the “Report Hazards” logbook.
    • Conducting behavioral observations and reporting unsafe behaviors (BOS).

Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in logistics (or equivalent).

  • Experience: 3–4 years in a similar role.

  • Soft skills: Stress-resistant, rigorous, organized, strong interpersonal skills, initiative-driven
