Job Details
Function
Ahlers is looking for an enthusiastic hands-on and solution-oriented customer service team lead at his HQ in Antwerp.
As team leader you will support the Customer Service Manager to coordinate the operations to provide internal and external customers with the best possible service. In your role you will have to combine people management with day to day customer service activities.
You will manage a team of 9 persons and be the first point of contact for the operational team and our customers in case of issues.
You analyse and provide the necessary feedback for improvement areas and timely follow up on team and individual performance.
You make sure to increase customer satisfaction and to gain efficiency in the operational processes as well as overall performance of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform day to day customer service representative activities.
- Ensure orders are handled in our TMS system and are compliant with internal processes and procedures. (ISO9001:2015)
- Follow up on performance of day to day activities and KPI’s.
- Identify and work on process improvements.
- Participate in the continuous improvement culture of Ahlers
- Enable and drive performance culture in the customer service team and pro-actively recommend solutions and improvementsCompany details
