Within the business unit Trade Facilitation & After Sales Services we offer services that go beyond logistics, meaning that we take-over the import- and local sales function of our EU customers. We not only arrange the entire end-to-end supply chain, but also manage the import and further sales into Russia. This means we play a vital role in the Route To Market of our customers as their dedicated Master Importer.
The International Key Account Manager is primarily responsible for the revenue retention and development. Building long term relationships with key accounts. Focuses on increasing the value and generation of new services ideas. The International Key Account Manager is responsible for action plan to increase value to the customer and as a result share of wallet. Have driving the core team as well as "Zipping" of the organization.Below some points which are part of your future role:• Generating new services ideas, facilitating new services development program• Developing strategic KA business plan• Coordinating Value Chain/Commercial offer preparation and alignment with Key Accounts (incl. VC Review)• Obtaining strategic insight on customers’ business development• Become “business manager” and know how to create more value for both parties

We are looking for a person who has substantial experience in managing business between Western-Europe and Russia. The ideal candidate for this position likes to communicate daily on all levels of the organization in Russia and in Europe. Knows how to convince local Russian management as well as European management by making compelling and professional presentations focused on showing both short term gain (tactical), but also long term value creation (strategical), resulting in a win-win-win situation.
