Job Details
Function
As Product Manager, Digital Onboarding and Servicing, you will be responsible for the range of processes and channels linked to the onboarding of our clients and to all the digital services incorporated into our mobile application and Internet Banking service.
You will contribute to the achievement of our digital strategy, keeping in mind Triodos’ mission, trends on the Belgian market and the legal framework, notably as regards the rules on client identification and on combating money laundering. You will also explore opportunities for Triodos to become involved in new activities that contribute to the Bank’s mission, notably through partnerships.
You will work within the Product Management Team, reporting directly to the Retail Banking department.
You will collaborate with the “Onboarding & Servicing” business segment, which is responsible for development in Belgium, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. You will also be in close contact with the sales teams, Marketing, Customer Administration, Legal, Compliance and Finance.
- You will contribute to drawing up the onboarding and servicing policy that forms part of the Triodos strategy and to determining the requirements for the Belgian branch. You will put in place new services or procedures, improve and develop further existing services or procedures, and contribute to technological choices for their development and manage key partners as part of a projects team. You will therefore be the “owner” of process development for onboarding and servicing.
- You will be responsible for expanding existing services and creating new services within your segment, and it will be your responsibility to manage and monitor these services, and the related processes, from a technical, financial, pricing and legal perspective. You will support, follow up and coordinate projects impacting on product management.
- You will be responsible for continuously improving and streamlining processes linked to onboarding for servicing and to developing our channels.
- You will be familiar with the market and will keep up with digital trends, new services, market developments and customer feedback. You will be aware of the challenges for sustainability linked to the development of a digital strategy.
- You will develop the skills of the Business Banking sales teams as regards all aspects of digital services know-how.
- You will be the owner of the strategy for streamlined distribution through the various distribution channels (online, face-to-face, etc.) and, in conjunction with Marketing, you will contribute to campaigns relating to our products and services.
- In conjunction with the Legal, Compliance & Finance departments, you will monitor legal and tax developments and determine the guidelines and offers to be established to implement these developments.
Profile

- You have 3 to 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, Process Manager, Sales Manager or even Product Marketeer and you will have a good understanding of the challenges facing banks.
- You will have a masters diploma.
- You will have experience in the digital field - in the banking sector or elsewhere.
- You are client-centric and capable of translating client needs into product/service requirements.
- You are a born organiser with the necessary communication skills and powers of persuasion. You are flexible, as well as capable of managing priorities and pursuing a project independently.
- You will be capable of choosing, from a range of different options and points of view, the best solution for stakeholders in line within the corporate strategy.
- You take the initiative, work independently and have a great sense of responsibility.
- You speak either Dutch or French fluently and have a good knowledge of the second national language and of English.
