Beaulieu Yarns, part of Beaulieu International group, is a yarn specialist, providing high expertise and know-how in producing polyamide and polypropylene yarns addressing high demanding needs from the commercial contract market, the customized residential flooring and the automotive interiors. Customer focus, innovation and sustainability are the main drivers for collaborative product development and long-term relationships. Beaulieu Yarns has two production sites in Europe – one in Belgium, one in France – and one production site in China. Job Details
Function
- In line with the strategical objectives of the group you will define the global sales strategy. This means that you will gain a deep knowledge of our current key segments, follow up on global and local trends, determine which segments need further development and define the main customers in each market segment and develop a efficient key account approach. You define the growth strategy and keep the pulse of the different regional market and segment DNA’s and determine how best to align with it. Based on your thorough understanding of customer and market evolutions and the analysis of market intelligence, you develop and propose solutions and guide their implementation.
- You work with your team of Internal Sales and Sales Managers to set sales objectives and develop sales plans for their key accounts. As a leader you inspire everyone for getting better results.
- You coach your team in order to help them realize their objectives and guide them in their professional development. You develop an individual approach and you are creative in influencing, empowering and motivating your team members to bring out the best in them.
- Together with you team you achieve valuable partnership agreements. You define and negotiate the various key elements of complex partnerships looking at the value drivers in the client relation from different angles.
- To ensure are key partnerships, you maintain frequent contacts with strategically important customers and/or prospects, so that set turnover can be realized.
- In order to further develop sales excellence and maturity of our sales organisation, you guide your team in various projects and activate them to make proper use of the supporting systems and collaboration with other teams.
- Internally you participate to the R&D meetings in order to help develop a market adapted product and services portfolio.
- As member of the Management Team you actively contribute to the strategy of the division and provide relevant market information to all relevant stakeholders in the organization. You also deliver accurate forecast reports so that adequate measures can be taken in different departments.
- Evidently you have margin and revenue responsibility. You report to the General Manager.
Profile
- Master Degree in Business and/or Engineering
- In-depth experience in technical sales in B2B-market ideally to manufacturing companies. Experience in the polymer processing market is an advantage.
- As person you are a trust builder with a partnership mindset and a great set of empathy skills.
- You have an analytical mindset and a meticulous approach with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- A genuine and strong ability to inspire, develop and motivate individuals and teams both internally and externally
- Customer oriented and having the willingness to exceed expectations.
