Job Details
Function
As an HR Professional, you are responsible for the follow-up, coordination and execution of various activities (Preparation Payroll, Personnel Administration, Training, Recruitment, ...) on the personnel level, specifically for the working population, in order to contribute to the realisation of the HR objectives of the site.
- Responsible for the recruitment and selection of blue-collar workers and, to this end, maintaining contacts with temporary employment agencies in order to provide the necessary resources for the line managers.
- Controlling and following up the time registration, processing all information from the line management regarding attendance and absences in order to ensure correct and timely payment of wages.
- Supporting the line management in personnel matters (e.g. absence, reprimand, motivation and performance interviews, job evolution, testings, succession planning, ...) in order to guarantee a coherent and consistent application of HR principles and HR strategy on the work floor.
- Taking care of personnel administration towards employees and social authorities (economic unemployment, mutual insurance documents, time credit, early retirement, ...) in order to guarantee a qualitative and professional service.
- Monitoring the workforce of blue-collar workers (with a view to job classification, staff planning, salary scales, etc.).

Contact point for employees and social partners on personnel matters (providing information and answering questions) and solving less complex problems relating to personal files. - Processing training requests and registering training (internal & external) with a view to correct reporting (social balance, subsidies, etc.).
- Delivering reports in order to meet the requests of operational managers and/or members of the management team.
- Preparing the Works Council (TK, quarterly figures, interims, compensation lists, ...).
- Implementation, coordination and follow-up of various HR projects (Reception, absenteeism)
- Annual monitoring of job seekers (recruitment, selection, planning, remuneration, ...).
- Monitoring, applying and checking compliance with social legislation.
- Random checking of payroll processing by the social secretariat.
- Organising staff matters
- Laying down and ensuring application of procedures laid down in the quality system and monitoring the content of ISO procedures, instructions and documents applicable in the department
Profile
- Bachelor with experience in payroll administration and human resources operation in a production environment
- Good knowledge of social legislation, internal procedures and labour regulations
- Knowledge of and experience with Office applications
- Knowledge of time registration, wage administration and processing
