Your role

As Marketing Operations Manager, you will lead end-to-end marketing operations, from sales activation to lead and customer management, including orchestrating all field activities globally.

You will work closely with the Product Marketing, Content, Digital Marketing, and Communication teams and support business unit managers and other relevant stakeholders in your assigned region with the following objectives: Brand awareness and engage the target audience, generate business opportunities, contribute to customer retention and acquisition.

Your missions

  • Define and execute the operational marketing plan for the strategic geographies.
  • Work in close collaboration with the other teams of the marketing department to propose a localized and relevant omnichannel market engagement plans.
  • Manage operations for internal and external events, online and physical (local kick offs, client, tradeshows, conferences, etc.)
  • Collaborate closely with our Fintech partners to co-organize events.
  • Support the sales teams to generate sales leads, in particular via an ABM approach and participate in responses to strategic calls for tenders.
  • Maintain and enrich the prospect and customer database.
  • Support digital marketing strategy, planning and execution, including day to day execution of email platform, sales and marketing campaigns, webinars, video, blogs, and related content.
  • Relay and deliver the company's communication strategy.

Profile

What are we looking for?

- 8 years of Marketing experience and a background in management of Field Marketing Management and demand generation

- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

- Understanding of the banking or auto & asset finance or and technology industry,

- Client, process, and results-oriented

- Demonstrated a strong ability to build and follow a plan, and to deliver on a day-to-day basis.
