Job Details

Function

With the support of Ronny (Sales Director), you define and manage COSUCRA's strategy in the animal nutrition segment. You mainly sell specialty products based on chicory and peas to animal feed companies. Surrounded by your team, you fight to achieve budgeted sales and maximize revenue from secondary flows from our food ingredient production.

As a Business Manager Animal Nutrition, your objectives are:

• You define key markets for profitable growth while taking into account the company's expansion context.

• You identify, critically review the existing range, and set development goals (company and product). You prospect and map out new potential markets.

• You build and maintain direct relationships with customers and distributors. You select them and decide which clients to handle directly.

• You work closely with our internal services (product management, development, quality assurance, supply chain, and production).

• You develop and manage a team of experts and external partners to work on new opportunities and value propositions in animal nutrition.

• You ensure accuracy in management results, forecasting, and cost reports.

• You purchase specific raw materials and ensure the profitability of finished products accordingly.

Profile

What are the assets that allow you to more easily master the function?

• You have a Master's degree in economics or equivalent through experience.

• Experienced in the field of animal feed and nutrition, you have built your network there thanks to your good sense of relationships.

• You are an enthusiastic communicator, you express yourself easily in English, French, and Dutch. German proficiency is a plus.

• Inspiring and a real driving force for your team, you infuse a good dynamic by structuring, coordinating, and directing them in the right direction.
