The Opportunity:
We are delighted to be recruiting for a Regulatory Reporting and Capital Specialist to join our Finance department at our Bristol Head Office. This is a full-time permanent role and offers the benefits of flexible hybrid working. Typically, this would require 2 days in our Bristol office per week with a choice of working from home on the other days (following an initial induction period).
The overall purpose of this role is to manage Triodos Bank UK’s Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) and play a lead role on forward capital planning within the Finance department.
You will provide oversight, managing Regulatory Reporting Policy and interpretation, ensuring Regulatory Reporting documentation is complete and up to date; as well as assisting with elements of regulatory reporting production.
Within the role you will also be responsible for leading stress testing scenario design and analysis, including co-ordinating assumptions and scenarios, alongside meeting information requests from regulators and other external parties.
In addition, key responsibilities will require you to:
- Take responsibility for Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process planning, process management, optimization, and document production.
- Be accountable for capital management framework and management of capital stack.
- Lead on stress testing scenario design and analysis.
- Co-ordinate assumptions and scenarios for stress-tests/scenario analysis
- Be responsible for ensuring all regulatory reporting documentation is up to date and appropriate.
- Collate and co-ordinate responses to information requests from group and external parties, and for other presentations by senior management.
- Meet information requests from Group, regulators, and other external parties.
What we are looking for:
To be successful in this role you will have an appropriate accounting qualification and relevant financial services experience, combined with an ability to understand and refine complex financial models, and to understand the mathematical principles behind them.
Relevant experience in preparing regulatory returns such as own funds, leverage ratio, large exposures, LCR and PRA 110 would be highly beneficial for this role.
You will possess excellent communication skills at all levels, will be high organised and will be able to work to tight deadlines on a consistent basis. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft packages will be expected in the role.

In return for your hard work and expertise, you will receive a salary of between £60,000 to £68,000 Full time equivalent salary depending on experience, plus access to our extensive benefits package, where most of our benefits are non-contributory.
