Job Details

Function

Hierarchically reporting to the Head of the Engineering Department, you organize, coordinate, and manage essential projects related to technical installations of new equipment or the optimization of existing equipment.

Your main responsibilities include the following:

• Managing investment projects ranging from €10 million to €50 million
• Defining the scope of each project in collaboration with various departments and stakeholders
• Providing and coordinating a clear communication plan among diverse stakeholders for each project
• Preparing, monitoring, and adhering to budgets, timelines, and quality requirements
• Ensuring the integration and connection of new equipment within the existing environment
• Creating specifications, initiating procurement processes (including negotiations), and listing specific spare parts for each new installation
• Overseeing the implementation work for each project
• Monitoring and addressing safety aspects inherent to each project
• Participating in the startup of installations by providing training, coaching, advice, etc.

Profile

• You hold a bachelor's/master's degree with a mechanical focus.
• You have 5 years of experience in managing multidisciplinary projects in a complex industrial environment
• You possess in-depth technical knowledge, particularly in mechanics and electricity
• You are familiar with HACCP standards and are proficient with computer tools
• You have a critical mindset, great autonomy, and diplomatic skills
• You are naturally organized, rigorous, and have a strong team spirit
• You are solution-oriented
• You have mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite
• You are an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
