What role will you play?
Attracting and obtaining clients play a major role in our company’s success, but it is not a feat that can be done without internal forces who provide foundational and strategic governance and planning with the intentions of enabling our sales associates with the tools and guidance they need to seal any deal. The Head of Sales Enablement (The Americas) will be just that – one of our top sales leaders who will be responsible for developing and executing sales enablement programs. You will be crafting programs designed to help our sales team improve their performance by providing them with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to be successful. Reporting to the Global Head of Enablement, based in our Bristol, UK office, the primary purpose of this role is to oversee the customer onboarding journey ensuring a strong quality of sale and lifetime management. You will be a dynamic driving force of knowledge in house and out, supplying information regarding our product, its capabilities, and its position in the industry market as it grows!

Function
What will you be doing?
- Define enablement objectives, strategies, and initiatives aligned with the global organization's sales goals and objectives.
- Responsible for driving sales effectiveness, productivity, and operational efficiency within the US-based sales and account management teams.
- Drive increased adoption of sales technology, tools, and Salesforce processes, building a cohesive sales team strategy and culture.
- Oversee sales governance by implementing and executing procedures, processes, and tools.
- Report on effectiveness and define country specific governance as needed.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to identify knowledge and capability gaps in the sales organization, optimize sales process methodology and tools, and provide insight on what resonates with the regions’ buyers.
- Measure, analyze, and report on performance by establishing metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of both sales enablement initiatives and aggressive pipeline targets.
- Understand the regions’ asset finance landscape and potential customers’ needs, predict risks and growth opportunities, and be aware of competitive products and activities.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to help drive successful campaigns.
- Build and oversee the sales enablement team, setting a strategic direction, managing resources remotely, ensuring governance compliance, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
Profile
What do we require from you?
Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
- Experience in Sales Enablement: professional experience in a sales enablement role, preferably B2B sales within the IT or financial services industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills: experience with people and process/program management
- Great analytical skills: experience leveraging qualitative and quantitative inputs (team feedback, data) to propose innovation, drive revenue, and increase sales efficiency.
- Innovative and pragmatic: proven ability to produce incremental improvements to existing systems, processes and/or products.
- Technological Strength: extensive experience with and knowledge of CRM systems and the ability to leverage technology solutions to drive success.
- Highly self-motivated and results-driven: a track record of achieving measurable results and driving revenue growth through effective sales enablement initiatives. The ability to set and meet targets, measure success, and adjust strategies as needed is essential.
Competencies:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills: verbal and written; proven ability to build relationships at all levels and across different departments or teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, etc.).
- Leadership: must be able to lead and motivate a team of individuals while effectively communicating goals, objectives, and expectations on an ongoing basis. Interpersonal and relatability attributes are key factors to success in this role.
- Multifaceted: ability to multi-task both administrative and performance based sales process standards for internal associates as well as potential clientele. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Education/Certification/License Requirements:
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, marketing, or a related field.
Working Experience:
- 6+ years of sales enablement, training, or a related field / 3+ years of people management
- B2B sales experience
Preferred Experience:
- FinTech/ IT / Financial services industry experience
- Experience with instructional design and adult learning theories is highly preferred
- Automotive wholesale finance experience

Pay Transparency: competitively $130,000/annually
Schedule: Monday through Friday with weekend flexibility
