Function
“Your mission, should you decide to accept it, is to…” contribute to customer success by making their interactions with Pluxee as easy, fluid, rapid and efficient as possible. The success of our customers is a key factor of being identified as a partner and not only as a service provider. The Experience Customer Advisor approaches its mission with customer-centricity and will take end-to-end ownership of the customer success activities for Large Accounts with support and strong collaboration with other departments.
The Experience Customer Advisor will be a member of the big clients Account team of the Customer Service Department (CSD), he/she will act as an exclusive advisor for a defined accounts portfolio composed by big clients only.

Profile
Your main responsibilities :
Customer key moments
- You operate customer onboarding process of new large clients and new products in collaboration with Sales, CX and Operations department
- You solve complex case management (incidents of our clients, complex requests, claims, closing the loops) - fixing their problems rapidly and efficiently… this is what makes our clients happy !
- You collaborate with Sales Account managers to manage your Large Account portfolio (customer meetings, onboarding, incident management, customer requests).
- You collaborate with CX Department (Design Thinking) to simplify, optimize, enhance processes, customer journeys and customer satisfaction
- You share feedback of our customers to CX Department to improve our processes and journeys
- You share feedback of our customers to Training and quality department to improve our first time resolution and customer satisfaction
- You escalate to your Supervisor and Customer Care Manager when incidents impacts your account portfolio.
Your profile :
- You have at minima 3 years’ experience in Customer Service
- You have experience with big clients
- You like to serve client and deliver best services
- You have strong communication and collaboration skills
- You have energy and enthusiasm
- You are a team player, curious and eager to learn
- You are personally credible with strong interpersonal skills
- You are driven and result-oriented
- You have a positive and pragmatic attitude, sense of initiative

Languages
You are fluent in Dutch and sufficiently active in French to be able to collaborate effectively. The knowledge of English is a plus.
