Job Details
Function
Your Mission
Lead and execute the product go to market strategy for customers in the B2B and Public segments (marketing plan, positioning, value proposition, acquisition and activation for the brand, respond to public tenders).
Your Responsabilities
- Lead the product go-to-market strategy and execution plan for your stakeholders (B2B segment + Public segment)
- Define and execute product launch plans in close cooperation with the product management team
- Build and update product documentation
- Run market research to understand the needs and build detailed personas of your B2B-customers and customers in the Public sector
- Define positioning, combining products into narratives addressing stakeholders (B2B, Public) segmented needs
- Define and execute 12 months B2B/Public marketing plan including product-specific, tactical marketing campaigns
- Work closely with digital marketing and communication teams on marketing plan execution
- Define and monitor objectives with relevant KPIs for your stakeholder to support the product objectives and company OKR’s
- Ensure internal alignment on go-to-market activities and objectives with Merchant, CX and Sales teams
- Define and execute product training plans for internal teams
- Represent the product marketing team for your stakeholder in go-to-market related PODs
Profile
Your Profile
- At least 4-6 years experience in B2B Product marketing including the Public sector
- Experience in Public tender processes
- Experience in product positioning, value proposition, writing briefs; Go-to-market planning & execution
- Ability to conceptualise solutions for the different stakeholders’ segmented needs
- Strong knowledge in Competitive analysis, business analysis, market assessment
- Strong bias for action and "get it done" attitude
- You are passionate about user and customer experience
- Ability to balance long-term strategy with near term business goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and being able to influence on all levels
- You have the ability to prioritise. You can handle several projects and many different tasks in an organised way
- Very good communication skills in the French, Dutch and English
