Job Details
Function
The Learning and Development Officer plays an important role in creating, building and organising quality training programs on social, environmental and governance topics related to supply chain for Partners, Auditors and Members worldwide
The Learning and Development Officer is implicated in :
- Developing engaging trainings content, ensuring quality and timely execution
- Liaising with Experts to create blended learning content for social and environmental topics
- Analysing additional training needs
- Updating the Learning Management System by publishing trainings and webinars, managing access and providing tool support and user experience improvements
- Supporting the planning, budgeting and coordinating of trainings in collaboration with Learning and Development Teams worldwide
- Recruiting, onboarding and performance evaluation of remote trainers
- Drafting and negotiating training contracts with service providers
- Raising awareness and promoting trainings by contributing to articles and newsletters for different audiences
- Ensuring continuous improvement and relevant trainings by gathering and analysing feedback on trainings and trainers and sharing with relevant stakeholders
Profile
- Master’s Degree
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in instructional design, organising trainings and managing trainers
- Extensive experience utilising and improving Learning Management Systems
- Tech savvy with proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, PowerPoint, Camtasia
- Excellent English (written and spoken), additional language an asset
- Assertive but diplomatic interpersonal skills mean you engage well with all stakeholders
- Committed to building working relationships based on trust and respect
- Highly analytical in order to be able to interpret qualitative and quantitative data
- You have solid organisational skills and the potential to manage projects
- You are a dynamic and results-oriented team player and hence this fast-paced collaborative work environment will appeal
