Fonction

We are looking for an intern of 3 to 6 months for our Finance department (part-time or full-time). You will help with following tasks:

• At first, you will have a strong focus on operations & close:
  • Processing of invoices and ensuring that they are paid in accordance with tax and local regulations
  • Review of outgoing payments
  • Processing of transactions on bank accounts and internal suspense accounts
  • Intercompany reconciliations
  • Monthly VAT declaration
  • Outgoing invoices

• Depending on your ability/willingness to learn, the term of the internship and your background you will also be involved in:
• Our internal control over suspense account
• Preparation of Monthly closing (IFRS 16, IFRS9)
• Support in financial reporting to the NBB
• Liquidity monitoring support
• Client taxation and corporate income tax

Profil

You are a student looking for an internship as part of your university program.

You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a similar field.

You have excellent skills in French or Dutch, and a good command of English
