Function
The Infrastructure Department is looking for the Delta site and the Brussels polyclinics:
- Technical Maintenance Referent (m/f/x)
As a Maintenance Referent, your missions will be as follows:
- Ensure the follow-up of maintenance interventions, both curative and preventive, including; regulatory controls carried out by approved bodies (SECT) and internal audits Mandatory.
- Act as a central point of contact between the control bodies, the technical teams and the Internal Protection and Prevention Service (SIPP), ensuring that remarks are lifted.
- Be responsible for planning and supporting controllers, analyzing reports and implementing the necessary corrective actions to ensure compliance and safety of the facilities.
- Contribute to decisions regarding decommissioning or temporary or permanent shutdown of equipment.
- Actively mentor and support technicians, sharing your technical knowledge to drive continuous team improvement.
Profile
Holder of A2 diploma (minimum)
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position.

Knowledge:
Mastery of computer tools: IBM Notes, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, FiDELo and Coswin (Management of Computerized Maintenance - G.M.A.O.), GTC, EBI.
General knowledge of building techniques: electricity (low and high voltage), electromechanics, general building techniques, fire protection, medical fluids, HVAC, water treatment.
Experience in managing team(s).
Skills and abilities:
Social skills necessary for the proper execution of missions.
Skills in planning, organization and needs analysis.
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with employees, superiors, requesting departments, subcontractors and inspection bodies.
Mastery of encoding information in various databases.
Offer
A full-time contract of indefinite duration
Variable hours from Monday to Friday (possible between 7 a.m. and 5:06 p.m.)
