Triodos Investment Management (Triodos IM), a 100% subsidiary of Triodos Bank. At Impact Private Debt & Equity (IPD&E) we focus on the transition themes Energy & Climate, Sustainable Food & Agriculture and Inclusive Society. With a total portfolio of EUR 2 billion the Impact private debt and equity team invests in companies and projects that contribute positively to these themes.
Triodos IM works in close collaboration with many partners. Analysing and selecting the right partners to cooperate with us is an essential element of our work both from a business perspective and from the perspective of our gatekeepers’ responsibilities in order to be compliant with regulations.
In order to support our investment teams, we are looking for a
Customer Due Diligence (CDD) Analyst
(32-40 hours a week)
Profile
Your responsibilities in this position
Support team’s activities and liaise closely with the Internal Account Manager, Investment Manager and CDD Expert colleagues. Responsible for external communication with the clients in order to complete client files whilst maintaining good client relationships. You will be working in an agile team with other CDD analysts and the CDD Expert.
In specific
- Liaise and maintain contact with our clients, Internal Account Managers and Investment Managers for CDD purposes
- Conduct CDD on clients as per our operating policy and procedures
- Identification and verification of the customer and its related parties by collecting, processing detailed client information and documentation required for Onboarding and Periodic Reviews
- Perform KYC screening checks for sanctions, politically exposed persons, adverse media
- Analyse, documentation, activity patterns, and transactions to detect potential suspicious activity or activity that is not consistent with the client's profile, and escalating as appropriate
The position requires
- Relevant education at minimum Bachelor level, e.g. Law, Business Economics, Business Administration or Finance
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the finance sector / investment management
- Experience with CDD / KYC rules and regulations
- Fluency in English both orally and in writing, additional language Spanish is preferred
- Applicants must be nationals of a European member state or have a valid work permit for the European Union and live in the Netherlands

The brand new, sustainable office is based in Driebergen-Rijsenburg, the Netherlands at the Estate Reehorst, just 3 minutes’ walk from the train station.
