Function
Triodos Bank is looking for an experienced professional to fulfil the position of:
HR Business Partner (32-40 hours a week)
To support our business, our strategy and the intended organizational change towards operating as One Bank, we are looking for a passionate, value-add HR Business Partner, who acts as consultant, trusted advisor and challenger to the business. Identifying and driving the organization’s People agenda, keeping our mission alive and delivering tailor-made solutions is critical in driving business success.
Profile
During 2022 and onwards, the transformation of our organization will take off towards operating as One Bank; meaning a more central, integrated organization and more harmonized processes across the group. HR will play an important role to enable this change. This transformation will also have an impact on how HR is organized and on the HR function as such. From advising, facilitation and support towards pro-active, data-based consultancy and co-ownership.
For this we need HR business Partners, who can act as a driving force in the current dynamic environment and bring strategic HR themes such as Performance Management, Talent Management & Leadership Development, Way of Working and Co-worker Engagement into the continuously changing business context. In the new organizational set up of HR, you will cooperate closely with our colleagues of the Center of Excellence that’s being set up and HR Service Delivery. You will report to the Head of HR.
You enjoy working independently in close cooperation with the other (HR) colleagues, to strive for a consistent approach in service and leverage on best practices, data-based facts and innovative and smarter (agile) ways of working.

Take action
- Lead and manage change such as organizational transformations for your business scope, work together with the project team on the intended integration and (international) works councils where applicable.
- Own the development and implementation of the people plan for your designated business scope: translating business needs into relevant HR programs and projects and vice versa - implement HR programs and projects in the business.
- Provide expert advice, coaching, data driven reports and recommendations to senior leaders which results in engaged and empowered teams.
- Manage cyclical HR events such as Performance Management, Talent Management, Co-worker engagement.
- Facilitate and stimulate leadership development, learning and development, retention strategies, succession planning and career development.
This is you
- Master’s degree in HR, Economics, Business, Psychology or equivalent and at least 8+ years of professional experience as a HR generalist.
- Committed to our values and mission and able to translate this in our core activities.
- Strong business acumen, understanding of how HR adds value to the business.
- Proven change management capabilities and ability to influence, challenge, and negotiate, to gain trust and engage buy-in across the organization.
- Excellent analytical, consultancy and change management skills.
- An energetic, self-starter, with a ‘can do’ mentality, solutions-driven style, and strong delivery focus
- Fluent in English and Dutch
