Salary package
Your salary is of course an important part of your job. At our company you will receive a competitive wage, and any communication about this is transparent. Men earn the same as women at our company and our wage ratio is 1 to 6. That means that the highest wage is a maximum of six times higher than the lowest wage. Job Details
Function
As Project Manager you are part of the Project Management Team within Product and Process Management department . Your expertise will be used on various projects and initiatives, ranging from the launch of a new product or service to the implementation of new regulations or the roll-out of a new system. You will work both on local projects and group initiatives and you will work in an international team of project managers and will therefore be in close contact with the different facets of the Bank.
Your Range of Tasks
You manage projects from initiation to completion.
- Setting up a project organisation
- Defining project scope, objectives, resources and deliverables
- Coordinating the project team
- Following up the project steps from initiation to realisation (including the follow-up of ICT developments if applicable)
- Following up scope, time, budget, quality, risk and benefits
- Aligning with stakeholders
- Ensuring the change management and the transfer from change to run
- Reporting and communicating
- Evaluating project results and the lessons learned
You take on the role of Business Change Owner for a Domain (these are temporary organisations of international multi-disciplinary teams within the Triodos Group, based on Agile principles).
- Representing the Triodos Bank Belgium in the Domain
- Drawing up value cases in consultation with local stakeholders, other Business Units, and in line with the strategy with the Domain
- Coordinating the input to the Domain Teams, participating in the Scrum rituals, following up developments
- Aligning with Domain Lead, Domain Teams, Domain Representative and local stakeholders
- Coordinating the local roll-out of initiatives, including approach, planning, resources, training, documentation
- Following up the realisation of the benefits and setting up feedback loops
You issue advise on everything related to change management.
- Assisting the Business in converting ideas into a project or Domain initiative
- Advising colleagues on dealing with change
- Contributing to the compliance and improvement of policies and procedures regarding change
Profile
- You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree, or you have equivalent work experience.
- You have 1 year or more relevant experience in a similar position. Experience in the financial sector is an asset.
- You have excellent knowledge of Dutch or French, a good command of the second national language and you have a good knowledge of English.
- You have a hands-on mentality and you work result-oriented, you are stress-resistant and you are good at setting priorities.
- You are able to bring teams together and get the best out of them
