Job Details
Function
As an HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting the business on all people matters. You will work closely with the team leads and employees in various departments to drive HR initiatives and contribute to the overall cooperation, wellbeing and employee motivation. You will improve and implement important HR practices in cooperation with HR colleagues.
Your responsibilities :
- Collaborate with team leads to understand and support the units' business goals through your HR expertise and insights
- Be a trusted advisor for the business, offering proactive guidance on HR-related matters and employee relations. Collaborate with departments to align HR initiatives and stimulate relationships to support a cohesive and connected working environment
- Drive initiatives to enhance wellbeing, inclusion, connection between employees, effectiveness, retention, engagement and capabilities
- Drive initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and facilitate change as needed
- Partner with the business to implement and oversee growth - performance and goal dialogue to ensure clear communication and feedback
- Manage the recruitment process, keep data up-to-date in recruitment systems & draw reports
- Providing HR expertise and insight into strategic decision-making
- Develop and refine policies to support people themes
- Improve and implement HR practices and initiatives, such as training and development, employee engagement, recruitment & onboarding, resource planning, reward plans
- Follow-up employee survey and define actions for your departments
- Set-up monthly communication about people themes
- Manage employee relations and address concerns, resolve conflicts, provide social legal explanations
- Ensure continuous compliance with labor laws. Stay updated of changes in legislation and adjust HR policies accordingly
- Provide input to the annual HR budget and follow-up evolutions
- Follow-up actuals of various HR providers
- Keep monthly changes up to date in the systems
- Utilize HR analytics and data to draw reports on employee mobility, diversity, absences. Ensure annual and quarterly HR reporting and maintain updates of the HR workforce budget
- Provide recommendations for improvements in HR processes and practices
Profile
- You have 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role;
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar fields;
- Naturally you handle sensitive information with discretion;
- You have a strong understanding of employment laws and trends;
- Thanks to your analytical mindset you use data-driven insights;
- Your strong communication and interpersonal skills enable you to collaborate and connect easily and to build relationships with key stakeholders;
- While working independently is not a problem, collaboration is a must for your work environment;
- You have a can-do and can-improve attitude and know how to solve problems in complex situations;
- You are fluent in English and Dutch (speaking, writing, reading).
