Junior ERP Implementation Analyst (Full Time)

Mission :
The Junior ERP Implementation Analyst provides support to all functions within the implementation team, which are 1) implementing integrated solutions for new clients.2) implementing important post-go live improvements for existing clients’ solutions identified by the Steady State team.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities will span across these 3 different functions:
1. Support new client implementations:
- Helps the project and Implementation team in designing and setting-up the ERP business processes
- Problem identification and description, follow-up with technical team, testing, documentation and training of users.
2. Manage post go-live improvements:
- Identifies and anticipates additional opportunities for enhancements, improvements or new services for existing clients;
- Handles multiple mini-projects simultaneously, following their day-to-day developments and changing requirements;
- Coordinates and supervises resources involved in resolution of issues (PFS US and PFS EU). Make sure that tasks are executed within the agreed scope and timeframe. Report on the progress and escalate problems if necessary; provide feedback to the “customer” (PFS US, PFS EU and existing clients);
- Insures successfully transition and hand over to the Steady State and account management team once a solution is defined or a project finalized, provides documented procedures, processes and tools.

Skills/Experience/Profile
- Master degree in Economical, Information or Management Sciences or Bachelor’s Degree with proven experience in the areas listed below;
- Experience, both technical and practical, in using or implementing an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is a plus;
- Understanding of at least 2 of the following areas in the context of an ERP system:
- Design and implementation of order management and fulfillment processes;
- Design and implementation of warehousing and inventory management processes;
- Exchanging business-oriented data between different systems (e.g. orders, invoices, product catalog, inventory);
- Integration technologies (EDI, XML, FTP etc);Relational databases principle.
- Relational databases principle.
- Very Good knowledge of English and French both in speaking and writing;
- In-Depth MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word), knowledge of Access would be an asset;
- Detail-oriented and analytical, focusing on process optimization;
- Eager to learn and can learn quickly with limited support;
- Can function with limited guidance; can juggle between multiple projects or tasks; work well within the team;
- Issue resolution: take a creative and constructive approach; keep a critical eye (do not take solutions for granted); take the long term impact into consideration;
- Flexibility and perseverance;
- Stress tolerance: able to work under pressure (time and people).
Languages:
- Very Good knowledge of English and French both in speaking and writing;
